Who we are
The teamSearch
Most of search is unglamorous. Fixing the pages you have, writing the ones you are missing, and earning links from sites worth being linked from. We do that, and we show you the rankings every month.

Where you probably are
Nobody goes to page two. The pages sitting just off the first page are usually the cheapest win on a site, because they are already written and already close.
Usually because their site is clearer about one subject than yours is about ten. Google ranks how well you cover a thing, not how long you have been doing it.
If you cannot name what changed last month, nobody is measuring it, including whoever is sending you the invoice.
The honest version
Search takes months, and the first three of them look like nothing is happening.
If you need enquiries this month, search is the wrong tool and we will say so. The audit tells you which one you actually need.
Free, written, and yours whether or not we ever speak again.
What you get
Speed, the phone version, the same page answering to four addresses. Dull, invisible, and it holds back everything built on top of it.
Not the terms you would use in a meeting. The ones a customer types at nine at night, and which of them are worth having.
One main page per subject with a cluster of articles around it, linked both ways. Forty unconnected posts makes you an authority on nothing.
Earned from sites a real person would read. We do not buy them, and we will tell you why the cheap ones cost more later.
The map results, the profile, the reviews on it, and your name, address and phone number matching everywhere they appear.
What moved, what did not, and what we are doing next. Rankings, yes, but enquiries first, because that is what you are paying for.
Proof · one client, twelve months
Five sites, one website, and a search presence that only worked if you already knew the name. The brief was the migration to a new site. The opportunity was everything the old one had never been set up to rank for.
The client
The Secret Garden Glamping
Five glamping locations. Website, app and search.
Where it started
Ranking for brand terms only
No optimised pages
No keyword strategy
Zero internal linking
Five locations shared one set of pages. Nothing on the site told Google which page belonged to which place, so the searches that actually drive bookings went elsewhere.
What we did
01
Run as part of the migration to the new site. Clusters built around each of the five locations, from what people were actually searching for and which terms were driving bookings.
02
A new siloed site, with each location living under its own microsite rather than sharing one page with the other four.
03
Content, Google Business Profile optimised map pages and blog posts, each written to do a single job.
04
Links placed to move authority to the pages that needed it, rather than wherever a link happened to fit.

A location microsite
Devon, with its own navigation, booking bar and availability. One of five.

The map page for that location
Tied to the Google Business Profile for the Devon site, with its own address and reviews.

Glamping with a private sauna in Wexford. One objective, linked back to the Irish site.
Live pages from the rebuilt site. The same pattern runs across all five locations.

How it works
01
We look at your site, your analytics, your rankings and your profile, and send you a written report on what we would fix first. A few days. No call attached unless you ask for one.
02
What gets done, in what order, and what each quarter is meant to achieve. Written down before anybody starts, so you can hold us to it.
03
Work happens, the report lands, and you can read it in five minutes. Impressions move before rankings do, so the early months have something in them you can look at.
What is included
Technical work on the site, with a list of what changed
New pages and articles, to an agreed count and order
Link work, with every link earned named in the report
Your Google Business Profile kept current, with posts and replies
A monthly report, and a call about it if you want one
Every account in your name, from the first day
Search sits in all three of the ways we work, and what is in it changes with the scope rather than with a package name.
The audit is how we work out which one fits, which is why it comes first and costs nothing.
Ways to work with usQuestions we get asked
Smaller terms start to move in the first couple of months. Rankings shift properly between three and six. The competitive terms take six to twelve. Anyone who gives you a date is guessing or planning something that costs you later.
No, and neither can anybody else. Nobody controls the results page. What we will put in writing is what gets done each month and what we expect it to move.
It changes what you are buying. Most searches now end without anyone clicking a result, so rankings stopped predicting traffic and traffic stopped predicting enquiries. The work moves towards being the answer that gets quoted, and towards the channels that need no click at all: your Business Profile, your reviews, your own customers. If a report still leads on positions, it is measuring the part that broke.
Ask whoever did it what was actually done, month by month. Usually there is no answer, because nothing was written down, nothing was measured against a baseline, and the reports led on rankings rather than enquiries. We write the plan before anyone starts, so you can hold us to it. And if the audit says search is not your problem, we will tell you that instead of selling you a year of it.
You do. The site, the accounts, the profiles, the content and the data are all in your name from day one, and they stay with you if you walk away. Nothing we build sits on an account you cannot log into.
If customers search for what you sell, yes. If you need enquiries this month, no, and paid is the honest answer instead. The audit tells you which, and we would rather say so now than take a year of your money finding out.
We do, in Liverpool. You get the name of the person on your account, and nothing is sent somewhere else without you knowing about it.
Next step
We look at your website, your analytics, your search results and your Google profile, and send you a written report on what is working, what is broken, and what we would fix first.
It takes us a few days. You get the document whether or not you ever speak to us again, and there is no call attached to it unless you ask for one.
No budget question, because the audit is free either way.
Most of this work overlaps. If you are not sure which of these you actually need, the free audit will tell you, and it will tell you what order to do them in.
