Where you probably are

Three things owners say to us in the first meeting

“We post, and nobody engages.”

Usually the posts are about the business rather than about the customer. Nobody follows a company to read its news.

“It takes hours and returns nothing.”

Without a plan, every post is invented from scratch on the day. That is the expensive way to do it, and it is why it always stops.

“I cannot tell if it is working.”

Followers and likes are not the measure. What matters is whether social is feeding enquiries, and almost nobody has that connected.

The honest version

Social on its own rarely sells anything.

It builds familiarity, and familiarity makes every other channel cheaper. If you need enquiries this month, paid is the lever. The review will say where social actually fits for you.

Review my social

Free, written, and yours whether or not we ever speak again.

What you get

Six things, each described by what actually happens

A plan, so posts are not invented on the day

Themes, formats and a calendar, built from what your customers ask rather than from what the business wants to announce.

Content that sounds like your business

Written in your voice, using your photographs and your people. Real rooms and real staff beat anything bought from a picture library.

The formats each platform actually rewards

Short video, carousels, and posts worth saving. The same picture posted five ways is not a strategy.

Paid social, where it earns its place

Promoting the posts that already worked, and running proper campaigns when there is something specific to sell.

Replies, reviews and messages handled

Comments answered, reviews responded to, and messages picked up. Most of the sales value of social happens in the inbox.

A report you can read in five minutes

Reach and engagement, yes, but enquiries first. What social contributed, and what it cost to contribute it.

Proof

What we did, and what it moved

One of our clientsA private Facebook group, built from scratch

Where it started

“We don’t have anything to post.” “We’re just posting for the sake of posting.” “We don’t get any likes or shares.”

These are the things clients usually say to us, and we get it. Creating content takes time, being consistent is hard, and not everything will go viral, or needs to.

What we did

We help define your brand’s voice on social, capture content in a monthly shoot, and build a steady pipeline of posts that educate, entertain and engage your audience, no matter how big or small you are. Not everyone has a million followers, and not everyone will.

What you get every month

  • A clear brand voice for social, written down
  • A monthly shoot, with photography and video captured for you
  • A steady pipeline of posts, planned ahead
  • Content that educates, entertains and engages
  • Built around your size and your audience

What it moved

10,000+members in the client’s private Facebook group
3 monthsfrom launch to 10,000 members
First lookmembers see new things before the public
Ownedan engaged audience we now reach like an email list

We recently built a private Facebook group for one of our clients, and it grew to more than 10,000 members in three months. Members see things before the public, so it draws in the most engaged part of the audience, and we now use it like an email list. More reach from organic social also means less needs to go on paid social.

How it works

Three steps, and the first one costs nothing

01

The free social review

We look at your accounts, what you have posted, what landed, and what your competitors are doing, and send you a written review. A few days, and no call needed.

02

A plan with an order to it

Themes, formats, how often, and what each quarter is for. Agreed before anything gets posted.

03

We do it, and report monthly

We plan, make and post, and the report lands monthly. Engagement moves before enquiries do, so both are in there.

What is included

Every month, in writing

Posts planned, written and scheduled, to an agreed count

Photography and video direction, or a shoot where one is needed

Comments, messages and reviews answered

Paid social, where we agreed it earns its place

A monthly report, and a call about it if you want one

Every account in your name, from the first day

How this is bought

Social is sold on its own as a monthly service, and it also sits inside the wider ways of working. What is in it changes with how many channels and how much gets made.

The audit is how we work out which one fits, which is why it comes first and costs nothing.

Ways to work with us

Questions we get asked

The ones that come up every time

How long before anything happens?

Engagement moves in the first month, because most accounts are posting the wrong things rather than too few. Enquiries from social take longer, and depend on what you sell.

Can we buy social on its own?

Yes. It is a standalone monthly service. It works harder when it sits alongside the rest, but plenty of clients buy only this.

Do we have to be on video?

Short video outperforms everything else on most platforms, so that is the honest answer. If nobody will go on camera we will work around it, and we will tell you what it costs you.

We tried this before and nothing happened. Why would this be different?

Ask what the plan was, and who it was aimed at. Usually the posts were about the business. That is the difference, and it is not a budget problem.

Who owns the work if we stop?

You do. The site, the accounts, the profiles, the content and the data are all in your name from day one, and they stay with you if you walk away. Nothing we build sits on an account you cannot log into.

Is this right for my business?

If your customers are on the platform and buy on trust, yes. If you sell something nobody discusses in public, your money goes further on search.

Who actually does the work?

We do, in Liverpool. You get the name of the person on your account, and nothing is sent somewhere else without you knowing about it.

Next step

Find out what your social is actually returning

We look at your accounts, what you have posted, what landed and what your competitors do, and send you a written review with the three changes worth making first.

It takes us a few days. You get the document whether or not you ever speak to us again, and there is no call attached to it unless you ask for one.

The other services

Most of this work overlaps. If you are not sure which of these you actually need, the free audit will tell you, and it will tell you what order to do them in.
