Liverpool, Cotton Exchange

The people behind your marketing

There is no account manager who passes your work to someone you never meet. You get the person doing it, and you can come and sit with us.

Our story

Over 25 years of watching owners get sold to badly

Push 4 is built on over 25 years in marketing, on campaigns in finance, retail, hospitality and travel. Big accounts with big budgets, where the measurement was taken seriously because the numbers were too large for it not to be.

Smaller businesses get sold the same words with none of that behind it. Reports full of impressions. Accounts in somebody else's name. A year of posts and nothing to show for it. Push 4 exists to do the proper version for businesses that are not big enough to have it done in-house.

We are in Liverpool and a lot of our clients are here. That is not a sales line. It means we can be in your building this week, film in it, meet your staff and see the thing you are selling, which is why our clients have content that looks like their business rather than a stock library.

What we will not do

Promise a ranking. Hold your accounts in our name. Send you a report you need us to explain. Take the work when the honest answer is that you need something else first.

We have talked clients out of campaigns. It costs us the month and keeps the client.

How we work

Six stages, and they happen in this order

Most agencies start at stage five. That is why the reporting never adds up and why the accounts end up in somebody else's name.

01

Find out where you are

The free audit. Your site, your analytics, your rankings and your Google profile, written down before anybody quotes you for anything.

02

Put the foundations in your name

Accounts, profiles, domains and listings, set up properly and owned by you from day one. Most of what we inherit sits in somebody else's login.

03

Make it measurable

Installed is not configured. Tracking, goals and reporting set up so the numbers mean something before any money goes into a channel.

04

Build what people land on

The website, the pages and the tools behind them. There is no point sending traffic to a page that was never built to take an enquiry.

05

Then bring people to it

Search, paid, social and content, in whatever mix the audit says you actually need rather than whatever we happen to sell.

06

Report it, in writing, monthly

One document you can read in five minutes, covering every channel, with what moved, what did not, and what we are doing next.

Reviews

The ones that name somebody

Tenure is the signal worth reading. Generic five star praise tells you nothing, so these say how long the client has been with us.

[Review one. One that mentions a person on the team by name, and what they did.]

[Name], [Business] · client for [x] years

[Review two. Same rule. A Liverpool business works hardest here.]
