Where you probably are

Three things owners say to us in the first meeting

“We get clicks, not customers.”

Traffic is the easy part. If the page after the click does not ask for anything, the ad has paid for a visit and nothing else.

“It costs more every month.”

Auction prices do rise. Most of the increase we find is budget going to terms that were never going to buy, because nobody had looked.

“I do not know what a customer costs us.”

Platforms report the conversions they can see. Unless tracking ties an enquiry back to the ad, the number on the dashboard is not the number in the bank.

The honest version

Paid buys you tomorrow, and it stops the day you stop paying.

It is the fastest lever on this site and the least permanent. If you want something that compounds, search and content sit alongside it. The audit will say which mix fits.

What you get

Six things, each described by what actually happens

The account audit, before anything else

Where the money goes now, which terms earn and which waste, and what we would turn off in the first week.

Keywords and audiences worth paying for

Matched to intent rather than to volume. The expensive mistake is bidding on people who are still browsing.

Ad copy, tested properly

Several versions running at once, judged on enquiries rather than click rate, with the losers retired rather than left on.

The page after the click

Plenty of ad accounts are fine and the landing page is the problem. We will fix the page, or tell you plainly that it is the page.

Conversion tracking you can trust

Forms, calls and sales fed back into the platforms, so the bidding learns from real outcomes rather than from page views.

A report you can read in five minutes

Spend, enquiries, cost per enquiry and return on ad spend (ROAS). Impressions are in the appendix, where they belong.

Proof

What we did, and what it moved

Zenn LiverpoolRestaurant, bar and private hire venue, Liverpool city centre

Where it started

Zenn needed more venue hire enquiries from corporate clients and large groups. They were arriving at two or three a week, which was not enough to fill the private hire diary.

What we did

We ran a paid campaign that showcased the venue itself, aimed at a detailed audience built around the people who book corporate events and large celebrations. We also rebuilt the enquiry form, so venue hire requests arrive with a date and group size, straight into a CRM we built for the team.

At the current rate that is around 52 qualified enquiries a month, against roughly 11 before the campaign. Over a year, more than 600 against about 130. The twelve-week lines are projected from those two weekly rates.

How it works

Three steps, and the first one costs nothing

01

The free audit

Read-only access to your ad accounts and analytics, and a written report on what works, what is waste, and what we would change first. A few days, and no call needed.

02

A plan with an order to it

What gets turned off, what gets built, and what each quarter should return. Agreed before any budget moves.

03

We do it, and report monthly

We manage it, and the report lands monthly. Cost per enquiry usually moves before volume does, so both are in there.

What is included

Every month, in writing

Day to day management across the accounts we agreed

Ad copy and creative written and tested

Keyword, audience and negative list work, with every change named

Conversion tracking kept working, including calls

A monthly report, and a call about it if you want one

Every account in your name, from the first day

How you pay for it

You pay Google and Meta for your ads directly, through accounts in your name. You pay us a monthly fee to run them. We never take a percentage of what you spend.

You can have ads on their own, or as part of a bigger plan with other services. The free audit shows us which suits you, so that is where we start.

Questions we get asked

The ones that come up every time

How long before anything happens?

Waste comes out in the first fortnight. Cost per enquiry usually moves inside a month or two. Anything needing a new landing page takes as long as the page takes.

Can you guarantee a return?

No. We can tell you what you get now, what we think is achievable, and what we would do if it does not move. Anybody promising a number before seeing the account is guessing.

Do you charge a percentage of spend?

No. A percentage pays us to spend more of your money, which is the wrong incentive. Scope sets the fee, and the audit is how we work out the scope.

We tried this before and nothing happened. Why would this be different?

Ask whoever ran it what your cost per enquiry was, month by month. Usually there is no answer, because conversions were never tracked properly. That is the first thing we fix.

Who owns the work if we stop?

You do. The site, the accounts, the profiles, the content and the data are all in your name from day one, and they stay with you if you walk away. Nothing we build sits on an account you cannot log into.

Is this right for my business?

If people search for what you sell, or you can describe your buyer well enough to target them, yes. If the margin cannot carry a cost per sale, we will say so.

Who actually does the work?

We do, in Liverpool. You get the name of the person on your account, and nothing is sent somewhere else without you knowing about it.

Next step

Find out where your ad budget is leaking

We look at your accounts, your tracking and the pages your ads point at, and send you a written audit of the waste and the three changes worth making first.

It takes us a few days. You get the document whether or not you ever speak to us again, and there is no call attached to it unless you ask for one.

The other services

Most of this work overlaps. If you are not sure which of these you actually need, the free audit will tell you, and it will tell you what order to do them in.
