Where you probably are

Three things owners say to us in the first meeting

“I think it is all set up.”

Usually some of it is. The gaps stay invisible until the month you need a number and find out nobody was collecting one.

“Our old agency owns the accounts.”

It happens more often than it should. If the ad account, the analytics or the domain sits in somebody else's name, leaving them costs you everything in it.

“Somebody else has our Google listing.”

Unclaimed listings, old addresses, and competitors appearing above you for your own name. It is free to fix and almost nobody checks.

The honest version

This is the least exciting thing on the site, and the cheapest mistake to avoid.

It is one piece of work rather than a monthly fee, and it makes everything after it measurable. If you are already running, it is still worth doing once.

Check my brand setup

Free, written, and yours whether or not we ever speak again.

What you get

Six things, each described by what actually happens

Tracking that actually records things

Analytics (GA4), conversion tracking, call tracking and a tag manager, set up once and checked, so the numbers you are shown later are real.

Every account in your name

Ads, analytics, domain, hosting, search console and the Google Business Profile, owned by you, with us added as a user rather than as the owner.

Your brand in the search results

Claiming the four positions people see when they look you up: your site, your listing, your profiles and your reviews.

The Google Business Profile, done properly

Categories, services, photographs, questions and a review process, rather than a half finished listing and a phone number from two offices ago.

A technical audit of what already exists

Speed, mobile, indexing and the obvious breakages, so the site is not quietly undoing the money you are about to spend.

A status report at the end

What is set up, what we fixed, what is left, and what each account is for. One document, and it is yours.

Proof

What we did, and what it moved

How we find most brandsA typical starting point, before brand setup

Where it started

You search for your brand on Google and you are not first. There are no extended sitelinks under your listing, and your competitors are bidding on your name. There is no tracking installed, no data being collected, no audiences built, and nobody is talking to your customer list.

This isn’t unusual. In fact, it is how we find most brands.

What we did

Our full audit gives you a current status report. It tells you what is done, what isn’t, what is needed, and how long it will take to put right. There is no point spending money on outreach until this is fixed. Don’t send more traffic to a broken funnel. We fix it.

What the audit checks

  • Where you rank when people search your name
  • Sitelinks, and who is bidding on your brand
  • Tracking and data collection
  • Audiences, built and ready to use
  • Your customer list, and how you use it
  • What is needed, and the timeframe to fix it

An example of the benchmark report you get at the end of brand setup. Illustrative figures.

Once the audit findings are fixed and the brand setup is complete, you have a benchmark to measure performance against. We know where you are, you know where you want to be, and we know how to get there. It’s that simple.

How it works

Three steps, and the first one costs nothing

01

The free checklist

We check what is set up, what is missing and whose name it is in, and send you the list in writing. A few days, and no call needed.

02

A plan with an order to it

What gets fixed, in what order, and what is handed over at the end. Agreed before we start.

03

We do it, and report monthly

We set it up and hand it over, with a written record of every account and what it does. This one has an end date rather than a monthly report.

What is included

Every month, in writing

Analytics, conversion and call tracking set up and tested

Every account created or transferred into your name

Google Business Profile claimed, filled in and optimised

A technical audit of the site, with the fixes listed

A written status report and account inventory at handover

Every account in your name, from the first day

How this is bought

Brand setup is usually bought once, on its own, and it is the smallest first step on this site. It is also where the wider ways of working begin.

The audit is how we work out which one fits, which is why it comes first and costs nothing.

Ways to work with us

Questions we get asked

The ones that come up every time

How long before anything happens?

The work takes two to three weeks, depending on how much already exists. Account transfers are usually the slow part, and they are not in our hands.

We have been running for years. Is this still for us?

Often more so. Years of accounts opened by different people is exactly the mess this clears up, and it is a one off rather than a commitment.

Could we do this ourselves?

Most of it, yes, and the checklist tells you how. People ask us because it is fiddly, and because getting tracking wrong stays invisible until the month it matters.

We tried this before and nothing happened. Why would this be different?

Ask who owns the accounts. If the answer is not you, that is why. Ownership is the first thing we fix and the only part that is not negotiable.

Who owns the work if we stop?

You do. The site, the accounts, the profiles, the content and the data are all in your name from day one, and they stay with you if you walk away. Nothing we build sits on an account you cannot log into.

Is this right for my business?

If you are launching, rebranding, or about to spend on advertising, yes. If it is already in your name and your tracking is clean, we will say so and charge you nothing.

Who actually does the work?

We do, in Liverpool. You get the name of the person on your account, and nothing is sent somewhere else without you knowing about it.

Next step

Find out what is actually set up

We check your accounts, your tracking, your search listings and who owns what, and send you a written checklist of the gaps.

It takes us a few days. You get the document whether or not you ever speak to us again, and there is no call attached to it unless you ask for one.

No budget question, because the audit is free either way.

The other services

Most of this work overlaps. If you are not sure which of these you actually need, the free audit will tell you, and it will tell you what order to do them in.
