Where you probably are
Admin that exists only because two systems do not talk to each other. Invisible on the accounts, and expensive in hours.
Every quote that needs a human is a quote somebody else answered faster. A calculator on the site captures the enquiry and the detail with it.
A process living in somebody's head is a risk, not a system. When they are on holiday, it stops.
The honest version
Building software is slower and dearer than buying it.
If something off the shelf does the job, we will tell you to buy it. We build when the off the shelf version would cost more in workarounds and licences than the tool would cost to make.
Free, written, and yours whether or not we ever speak again.
What you get
What you do by hand, how often, and what it costs in hours. Half the time the answer is a setting in software you already pay for.
Booking, scheduling, quoting or tracking, shaped to how you work rather than forcing the work to fit the software.
A price, a quote or an answer given instantly on your site, with the enquiry and all its detail arriving with it.
One screen with the numbers from the systems you already use, so nobody exports a spreadsheet to answer a simple question.
The connections between your website, your CRM and whatever else you run, so data gets entered once.
We maintain it, and the code, the repository and the accounts are in your name. You are not locked in to us, which is rather the point.

How it works
01
Thirty minutes on what you do by hand and what it costs you. You get our honest answer on whether to build, buy, or leave it alone.
02
What it does, what it does not, what it costs and when it lands, written down before anybody starts.
03
We build it in stages, so you see it working early rather than at the end, and then we support it.
What is included
Scoping, specification and a fixed scope before any build
Design and build, delivered in stages you can see
Integrations with the systems you already run
Hosting, backups and monitoring, if you want us to
Support and changes after launch
Every account and all the code in your name, from the first day
Tools are quoted per project rather than monthly, and they sit inside the wider ways of working when one is part of a bigger plan.
The audit is how we work out which one fits, which is why it comes first and costs nothing.
Ways to work with usQuestions we get asked
A calculator or a small tool takes a few weeks. A booking system or an internal app takes months. We build in stages, so you are using something long before the end.
Often, and we will say so. We build when the off the shelf version would cost more in workarounds and licences than the tool would cost to make.
Then you take it. The code, the repository and the hosting are in your name from the start. We would rather you stayed because it works.
Because it is built in stages, with something usable at the end of each one. Projects die when the first thing anybody sees is the finished article, six months late.
You do. The site, the accounts, the profiles, the content and the data are all in your name from day one, and they stay with you if you walk away. Nothing we build sits on an account you cannot log into.
If somebody in your business repeats the same task every week, or customers wait for an answer a computer could give, yes. If not, we will tell you to save your money.
We do, in Liverpool. You get the name of the person on your account, and nothing is sent somewhere else without you knowing about it.
Next step
Thirty minutes on what you do by hand, how often, and what it costs. You get an honest answer on whether to build, buy, or leave it alone.
There is no charge and nothing to sign. If the answer is that you do not need us, that is a perfectly good outcome.
No budget question, because the audit is free either way.
Most of this work overlaps. If you are not sure which of these you actually need, the free audit will tell you, and it will tell you what order to do them in.
