In short: the audit is free, written down, and yours to keep.
What is the free audit?
A written review of your website, your search visibility, your ads, your tracking and who owns your accounts. It is a document, not a call or a presentation. It tells you what is working, what is not, and the three fixes worth doing first.
Is it really free?
Yes. We write about one a week. Some of those businesses become clients and most do not, and the document is worth having either way.
How long does it take?
Three working days from when you send the form. It arrives by email.
Do I have to get on a call?
No. You can read the audit and stop there. If you want to talk it through, it is a thirty minute call on what to fix first, with no pitch in it unless you ask for one.
What do you need from me?
Your name, your email and your website. That is enough for us to start looking.
Can I give the audit to my current agency?
Yes. It is yours. Plenty of people hand it to whoever already does their marketing and ask them to work through it.
In short: six stages, in order, starting with the ones most agencies skip.
Where do you start?
With the foundations. We work in six stages: find out where you are, put the foundations in your name, make it measurable, build what people land on, bring people to it, then report in writing every month. Most agencies start at stage five, buying traffic, and that is why so much of it fails.
What if we are already past some of those stages?
Then we start where you actually are. The audit tells us which stages are already done properly and which only look done.
Can we buy one service on its own?
Yes. You can buy a single service, a campaign that joins two or three together, or hand us your whole marketing. Most people start with one, usually brand setup or search.
Can we change what we buy later?
Yes. Plenty of clients start with one service and widen it once the reporting shows where the gaps are.
What does a typical month look like?
The work happens against a plan agreed in advance. You get a written report you can read in five minutes, and a thirty minute call about it if you want one. Every quarter we step back and check the plan still fits the business.
Who actually does the work?
We do, in Liverpool. You get the name of the person on your account, and nothing is sent somewhere else without you knowing about it.
In short: no price list, no percentage of spend, and the audit works out the scope.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope, so there is no published price list. Two businesses buying the same service can need very different amounts of work. The audit is how we work the scope out, which is why it comes first and costs nothing.
Is there a minimum spend?
No. What something costs depends on what it involves, not on a package name.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
No. A percentage pays an agency to spend more of your money, which is the wrong incentive. Scope sets the fee.
Who pays for the ads?
You pay Google and Meta directly, through ad accounts in your name. You pay us a fee to run them. We never take a cut of what you spend.
In short: everything is in your name from day one, and it stays with you.
Who owns the work if we stop?
You do. The site, the accounts, the profiles, the content and the data are all in your name from day one, and they stay with you if you walk away. Nothing we build sits on an account you cannot log into.
Will you need access to our accounts?
Yes, as a user. You stay the owner of every account, and we are added to it. That way access can be removed in a minute if you ever need to.
Our accounts were set up by a previous agency or a freelancer. Can you sort that out?
Yes. Getting accounts back into your name is the first part of brand setup. The transfers are usually the slow part, because they depend on whoever holds the accounts now.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It goes with you. The accounts, the content and the data were always yours, so there is nothing to hand back and nothing held hostage.
In short: we report on enquiries and sales, in writing, including what did not work.
Can you guarantee results?
No, and anyone who does has not seen your account. What we will put in writing is what gets done each month, what we expect it to move, and what we will do if it does not.
How soon will we see anything?
It depends on the channel. Paid campaigns produce enquiries inside a fortnight. Page and form fixes show up almost at once. Search and content take months. We tell you which part of your plan is which before anything starts.
What is in the monthly report?
One page, in writing. What moved, what did not, and what we are doing next. Enquiries come first, with the channel detail underneath.
How do you measure success?
By enquiries and sales, not impressions or reach. That is why tracking comes before any spend: until calls and enquiries are counted properly, every report is an argument about whose numbers are right.
What if a channel is not working?
We tell you to stop it. If something is not returning anything, carrying on with it is not in your interest or ours.
We tried an agency before and nothing happened. Why would this be different?
Ask whoever did it what was actually done, month by month, and what an enquiry cost. Usually there is no answer, because nothing was written down or measured against a starting point. We write the plan before anyone starts, so you can hold us to it.
In short: months, not weeks, and judged on enquiries rather than rankings.
How long does SEO take?
Smaller terms start to move in the first couple of months. Rankings shift properly between three and six. The competitive terms take six to twelve. Anyone who gives you a date is guessing.
Can you guarantee a position on Google?
No, and neither can anybody else. Nobody controls the results page.
Will AI answers make SEO pointless?
It changes what you are buying. Many searches now end without a click, so the work moves towards being the answer that gets quoted, and towards the places that need no click at all: your Business Profile, your reviews and your own customers.
Do you look after Google Business Profiles?
Yes. Keeping your profile current, with posts and replies to reviews, is part of the monthly search work, and for local businesses it is often where the quickest gains are.
Is SEO right for my business?
If customers search for what you sell, yes. If you need enquiries this month, paid is the honest answer instead, and the audit will say so.
In short: waste comes out first, and you pay the platforms directly.
Which platforms do you run ads on?
Mainly Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), because that is where most of our clients' customers are. The audit tells us which suits you.
How quickly will we see a difference?
Wasted spend usually comes out in the first fortnight. Cost per enquiry tends to move inside a month or two.
Can you guarantee a return?
No. We can tell you what you get now, what we think is achievable, and what we would do if it does not move.
Are ads right for us?
If people search for what you sell, or you can describe your buyer well enough to target them, yes. If the margin cannot carry the cost of winning a sale, we will say so before you spend anything.
In short: more enquiries, and every one of them followed up and counted.
How long before we get more leads?
Paid campaigns produce enquiries inside a fortnight. Fixing pages, forms and follow-up shows up almost immediately. The organic side takes months.
Can you guarantee a number of leads?
No. We can tell you what a lead costs you today, what we think it will cost after the fixes, and what we would do if it does not move.
Do we have to spend on ads?
No. A lot of the early gain is in pages, forms and follow-up you already own. Ads buy speed, and we will say so when speed is what you need.
What is Push 4 Leads?
Our own lead tracking system. It brings enquiries from Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, email, phone and walk-ins into one place, and follows each one through to the sale: where it came from, who owns it, how quickly it was answered and what it cost to win.
We already have a CRM. Do we have to switch?
No. We will work with the one you have.
In short: a plan first, then content that speaks to your customers rather than about you.
Can you just write us a few blog posts?
We can, and it will not do much. A handful of unconnected articles is the thing that has usually already not worked. A plan behind the content behaves completely differently.
Will AI write content more cheaply?
It will write it faster. It cannot decide what is worth writing, it cannot interview you, and it produces the same answer everybody else is publishing. The thinking is what you are paying for.
How long before content brings in traffic?
New articles start to pick up traffic in two to three months. The pages that matter commercially take six to twelve. Refreshing what you already have is quicker than either.
Can we buy social media management on its own?
Yes. It is a standalone monthly service. It works harder alongside the rest, but plenty of clients buy only this.
Do you create the photos and videos?
Yes. We capture content in a monthly shoot, photography and video, and build a planned pipeline of posts from it.
Do we have to be on video?
Short video outperforms everything else on most platforms, so that is the honest answer. If nobody will go on camera we will work around it, and tell you what it costs you.
In short: built to turn visits into enquiries, and measured from the day it launches.
How long does a website take?
A small site takes four to six weeks and a larger one longer. The slow part is almost always content and sign-off rather than the build.
Can you work with our existing site?
Often, and it is usually cheaper. The review says whether your site is worth fixing or worth replacing, and we have no reason to prefer one answer over the other.
Will we lose our Google rankings if we change site?
Not if the move is done properly: old addresses mapped, redirects in place and structure kept. Rankings are lost when somebody skips that step.
How will we know the new site works better?
We set tracking up before launch, so you can compare enquiries before and after rather than relying on whether it looks better.
In short: your domain, accounts and tracking, set up properly and in your name.
What is brand setup?
Getting the foundations right before you spend on marketing: domain, hosting, ad accounts, analytics and business profiles, all in your name, with tracking that counts enquiries. It takes two to three weeks, depending on what already exists.
We have been trading for years. Is it still for us?
Often more so. Years of accounts opened by different people is exactly the mess this clears up, and it is a one off rather than an ongoing commitment.
Could we do it ourselves?
Most of it, yes, and our free checklist tells you how. People ask us because it is fiddly, and because tracking that is set up wrong stays invisible until the month it matters.
In short: we build the software when the marketing problem turns out to be a software problem.
What kind of tools do you build?
Whatever removes a job somebody repeats every week, or a wait a customer should not have to sit through: booking calendars, quote builders, customer databases (CRMs), calculators and guest apps. The Secret Garden Glamping guest app is one of ours: it brings every booking from five sites, three online travel agents and their booking engine into one place, and handles guest messages, extras, check-in notifications and a points-based loyalty scheme.
How long does a tool take to build?
A calculator or small tool takes a few weeks. A booking system or internal app takes months. We build in stages, so you are using something long before the end.
Could we just buy something off the shelf?
Often, and we will say so. We build when the off the shelf version would cost more in workarounds and licences than the tool would cost to make.
What if we want to take it elsewhere?
Then you take it. The code and the hosting are in your name from the start.
In short: a Liverpool agency, with real people you can name.
Where are you based?
Cotton Exchange, Bixteth Street, Liverpool L3 9LQ. We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
Do you only work with Liverpool businesses?
No. We are based in Liverpool, but we work with businesses all over the UK, and sometimes further afield.
Is it the same team whatever we buy?
Yes. What changes between one service and your whole marketing is how much we are responsible for, not who does the work.
How do we get in touch?
